Similar experience to Judy's .Reward for completing a survey was a choice of "free gifts". Stress was on the free aspect and that even if you had no need for it you could sell it and make a profit since it was costing you nothing . This is an outright lie and a deliberate attempt to mislead !! Complaints to their "800" number are rebuffed and reference made to their terms and conditions which where nowhere to be seen at the time of ordering .
