Hi, on 9 April I had received the confirmation of the above product. It was stated very clearly before I order that this product is for Free Trial and I only need to pay for the administration/shipping fees.
However, I noticed on my Visa Card Statement that a USD99.99 - equivalent to SGD129.02 was deducted from my VISA card on 24 April - which I did not agree upon!
I would appreciate that you refund the said amount of USD99.99 back to my VISA account with immediate effect. I really do not want to deem your organisation as a cheat and have to report you to the relevant authority.
