Delivery of flowers seems to be hit and miss. Only one of two orders delivered. Now one week of emails and phone messages without resolution. Seems to be a problem with logistics and local suppliers. Return phone calls are not carried out. Requests for the name of local suppliers are refused. Seems they need more dispute resolution staff. A refund has been requested or the flowers delivered, waiting.
