I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Duos Mobile Phone on 17 May 14. I have paid online and the money has been debited from my bank account. However, I have not received any email from 100Bestbuy about confirmation of the order. I am not sure if my money has been transferred to the correct location and the order has been accepted by 100Bestbuy. Also, my credit points of Rs 11,700/- have not been used for the purchase. Could you please confirm if the order has been received by you correctly?
