VIP # 24337230 I have purchased several 30 lbs bags of wellness large breed dog food. You have my purchase records. In the process of my purchases I obtained another puppy. The plan being to also feed him the same food. I purchased 3 or 4 bags of wellness puppy food. Instead of sending a coupon for a free 30 lb bag of large breed you sent a coupon for a 4 pound bag. Hoping this to be an error on your part and not to feel your company is low down and cheap. I am writing in belief that a free coupon for a 30 pound bag of large breed wellness as will be in the mail to me immediately. I want my records checked updated and corrected. I also am completely confused in pet supermarkets total lack of customer service. I've called CS # on 5 occasions in the last month. No answers just a msg stating my call would be returned never happened. I called again the line was answered (mistakenly I think) this individual advised me that if I really wanted some service I had to go online. She relayed the company is much to busy to answer calls or return the calls. He'll of a way to run a business. Is it customer service opinion that consumers will continue to purchase your products with this type service. There are hundreds of options available to obtain our products.
