Robert Cory is the owner of Heart of America fairs and carnivals, I have already emailed him. This may sound crazy or dumb to complain about but I feel my children were robbed by the deceitful games runners. I was told if I paid 20.00 I would get three balls and if I made one in the bucket I would win an Xbox one for my son. I know a lot of the games are rigged however I made the ball in the bucket. My son was so excited!! Until the guy running the game said oops it hit the edge of the bucket.. First of all it went straight in and did not hot the edge of the bucket. We were lied to and I am complaining because it is ridiculous to lie straight to a child's face. Come on we won the prize. It was completely immoral and deceptive and I am extremely upset that this is the example this carnival is showing our children. This company probably makes millions, if someone wins the game give them the prize you promised. I feel we were scammed and I would like the company to make things right or they shouldn't be in business if they are fraudulent. Thanks!
