I was given the impression I was ordering a sample pot of this equinox day ril anti aging cream and paid 99.p. I have now been told that the above sum of £187.00 has been taken from my bank account. I went into the bank and tried to sort this out they give me the above phone which I have rung. I was told that I had signed up for this cream every month. I told the man to cancel this as I could not afford to pay this amount being on a basic pension. He told me that the above amount would not be returned to me so now my bank will be taking this up. If this is not a con what is Looking up on google I can now see that many other people have been taken in. Is there anything you can do to either make these firms put their terms in plain english and not in small print as it appears to have done. Very disguisted that they can get away with this.
