I signed up for a free sample of a face cream and an eye cream- all I had to do was pay for separate shipping and handling. I had no idea that this company was going to start billing and sending me product every month. They will not accept the product back for a refund - I have tried to email the "client services" email 3 times and I keep getting rejected. I did not, although they say I had to have "clicked" on and accepted the terms & agreements otherwise I would not have been able to continue on. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If they were upfront with the terms and agreements many of us would not be in this situation. This is a total scam. Also same scenario with "Belle Complex" - although they did allow me to return one jar. I am terribly embarassed that I fell into this trap as I am not a stupid person. I only thought to answer a questionaire about my skin care and what a great deal to be able to receive some free products - shipping/handling being the only thing I thought I was paying for.
