I told them I wanted a car for my 16 year old that was $10,000 or less. They said they couldn't approve financing on an $8,000 car but could do it on a $12,000 car. We said ok. I got home and realized the car was actually $15,000+ and had two dents that they said they could get out. They wouldn't work with my schedule to fix the dents. The car is loud and sounds like its about to blow up. I called to say I changed my mind. This is a bad deal all around. I don't want to pay this much for a car for a 16 yr old and if I'm going to, I want a car without dents and problems. They screamed at me that I own the car and cannot change my mind and its too late and hung up on me. The customer service is terrible. They are slow. I spent 15 hours in there during the purchase process. I am in the lobby now to return the car and nobody is assisting me. They are rude, discourteous and slow. And I believe that they are lying and there are laws that protect me in situations like this. But even if they are correct, this is no way to treat a customer.
