I ordereda GPS Tracker online from Personal Tracker.Direct, address and location unknown. Telephone number 866-655-3398. The GPS Tracker was advertised as $149.00 with delivery charges to be added. I ordered the Tracker in eary April and as of yet I have not received the product. I have filed three compliants with the online address supplied to me and each time I received an e-mail giving me a USPS tracking number which USPS tells me there is no such tracking number. In my last e-mail complaint, I request a refund to my credit card and was informed that my request had been sent to the billing dept. As of yet, I have not been contacted not have I received and satisfactory refund.
I am of the opinion that this company is a fraud and that I have been scammed.
