In July 2011, I sent the first half (luckily) of the payment for the publishing of my manuscript to Raider Publishing International. We agreed that I would send over the second half when and only after I was satisfied with their work. After thanking me for paying, they basically cut communication with me after a couple of weeks of apologising for not staying in touch (which they did only because I complained).

For months, they would tell me 'Oh, definitely, the book will be out next month if all goes well'. Nothing. I even resorted to getting my father, who is a lawyer, to contact them. Still nothing. I have never felt this magnitude of regret in my life.

I have lost all hope of having my manuscript published by them, not that I want anything to do with them anyway. I just hope they have not gone and published it and started selling it behind my back like they have done to some others.

They have breached several clauses of the contract I signed with them and I have several grounds on which to terminate it and claim damages but how can I do this if I have no way of getting to them?

All I want is my hard earned money back where it rightly belongs - not in the mouth of a depraved bastard like Mr Adam Salviani, or who/whatever he is. I wish there was some way to get word out more efficiently because people are being ripped off day by day by this vagabond.
