I was told that i was accepted for a loan, i asked if there was a fee to pay and they told me that no fee was needed. All i had to do was sign the paperwork and money would be in my account 5-7 days later. They took 49.95 from my bank account a day later. I phoned to find out why and the staff were rude and actually shouted at me down the phone. I then recieved a letter in the post a week later asking me to sign to give them permission to take the money from my account which they had already done without my consent i then recieved a text 3 days later saying my loan was declined.
These people are taking money without consent and then have the nerve to be rude when questioned about it
