I realized that my credit card was been charged $29.95 every month only this week. I have the paperless billing set up on my account and little did I realize that think credit is a fraud. They have been charging me for the past 1 year when I have NEVER signed up and when I spoke with them, they said they apologize, it is a mistake and they were going to refund my money to me. Couple of days later, I called and another person told me that....."well the customer service agent made a mistake and they cant refund all my money but only up to 90 days". I have never used their service and yet I am been charged $29.95 without my knowledge. That is so not fair and inappropriate when you have to deal with a big company. I am a pharmacy school student and can't afford this amount on my credit card every month when I DID NOT sign up for it. I need my money back
