I ordered the free sample, paying only the shipping & handling cost. But I later received an order I did not want and $73.41 was debited from my account. The bank called and asked if I had authorized. I told them no, but a charged was debited anyway. I tried to reach Aura Vie by phone several times but was put on perpetual hold. I left a text message as they suggested, but never got a reply. Seems they make all their money by scamming people with a low initial price.
