The product was ordered on 5/05/2014. If they had sent a confirmation email, I definitely would have canceled at that point. I received a package on 5/21/2014 - after the trial period -of course. If the company has the product for 10 of the 14 day "trial", I can not "try" the product to see if it "works for me" before the end of the trial. The ship date on the invoice was 5/15/2014. Obviously offering a quality product that one would want to buy is not what Nutra Logistic is selling. The invoice states "A Return Merch. Auth.(RMA) is required to receive a refund and must be requested from Customer Service within 60 days after delivery of the product." I called to request the RMA. Kierra told me "All I can do is stop the subscription and refund 50%", since you did not call prior to the end of the "trial".
