I ordered online using a link that was below a buzz feed story I was reading. They took the initial £5.99 for shipping and I decided to do some research after getting an email which held no information about the company. Alarm bells started ringing and the next day I emailed [email protected] to cancel. The order was made May 5th and looking I actually sent three emails to cancel on the very same day! Two of which I sent to [email protected] and one I sent to [email protected] so my message was very clear. I received a reply 8 days later saying that the order had been cancelled and that I would no longer receive any products. Then on May 21st I was charged £89.99 from my account. The return address on the email is CUSTOMER SUPPORT
POSTBUS 131
4040 DC, KESTEREN
NETHERLANDS and I will make sure the company are exposed and do all I can to prevent further charges.
