i bought 448 pcs laptop from red signal computer on 28th Nov 2013 in worth of 156645 usd, after transfering money as cash to his sister in dubai he didnt send to us any shipment, after 10 days he told us the shipment cant ship to us and the deal is canceled and he transfered 64000 usd to an account in dubai i asked you already and told me will transfer rest of them very soon.
after 8 months he didnt pay our balance (92645usd) to us never.
i did this deal with manager of red signal directly in name if Mr souhil aboubou.
i called on his mobile but he doesnt reply me and called many times to his office but everytime told me he is not in china.
im creditor 92645 usd from this company more than 8 months sand he is not responsible to me never.

please follow up our request, this company cheated me and they are dishonest.
