It is not just the issue of the $29.75 "re-stocking fee" which was not clarified in their terms and conditions (site stated customer is responsible for shipping and processing) That sounds like paying the return shipping fee, which I did. There are BIGGER issues with this company. When I called to say I wanted to return the product after having it for a couple days, since I noticed the HCA content of the supplements was not 60% but 50%, the rep. was offering a discount of 30% if I would just "keep it!" This struck me as very odd. However, I explained to her that I still wanted to return the product and she gave me the required RMA # and address to return for a FULL refund. Now that they have the product, which they received 9 days ago, they inform me that there's a "re-stocking" fee. To put 5 bottles back on their shelf???? Really??? But when she told me that their website states re-stocking fee...I asked her the name of the site that stated it and she gave me a totally different website name, www.mysimplycambogiadiet.com I accessed the site and their address and contact info is totally different from the info on nutrasupport.net They also gave me these addresses: www.nutrasuppport.net and www.securecommerces.com (their site to actually PLACE an order. All of this seems highly suspect. Not to mention the fact that the prodect received is 50% HCA NOT 60% as adverstised. There is something very unscrupulous about this company.
