Was given a 'free' sample of the product and was supposed to be charged ONLY shipping. fine.
even told the girl when I ordered that I did not want to 'join' a membership or get this product automatically sent to me
NO problem!
They even called me a few times to try to get me to order afterward, but I didn't want to join, and also was going out of town on vacation and did not need or want additional product.
I came back to see two charges for the product
Haven't received my held mail to see what is there, but I will send the product back if it is in there and will try to call them to reverse my charges - which looks slim to none by the blogs I have read. Will also complain to the better business bureau and the State Attorney General for ELI UTAH for consumer protection.
Suggest that everyone who has this happen do the same, especially to the Utah Consumer Protection Dept of the Attny Gen. office which might get this company's scam under control.
