After completeing a survey I was offered a free gikft which I didn't want but could get off the webpage til I had filled in details (post and packing). a month later I got another product through the post no invoice just a circular. I rang the freephone number to find I'd been charged £87 for a product I dont want. The customer service man hung up on me 3 times when I wouldn't give him my phone number.
