I have had to deal with Kevin Jones on numerous occasions since taking posession of my new villa in regard to many, many outstanding items incomplete when it was handed over to me.
The villa was not complete to a standard to live in and I was promised that it would be done once I made the final payment, but when I made the final payment Kevin suggested that I should just create a list at he will attend to it at the 6 months warranty period.
Well now he is saying that some of the items were done by me or not covered by the warranty, but these items were not even finished when I moved in.
I am letting as many people as possible know about this scam artist an very poor quality builder so they don't also get caught.
