In first week of "Free Trial" had money taken from account using card number given on order. Nowhere, either on order page or on/in package was I told "tell us when the package arrives" which the girl on their phone has just told me I was supposed to do. How can I be charged in the first week of the "Free Trial" when I am supposed to have 24 days (in their "Terms & Conditions"?
