I submitted for a free trial and was charged $4.95, but then an additional charge came in for $97.83. when you now go to Nouvebelle it has changed to Ceuticell. If you call the Customer Service Center at 1-866-461-9877 they have never heard of Nouvebelle and if you give them your info for when you placed the Nouvebelle order it does not come up. Also - XL-A Processing Corp who is suppose to manage a bunch of web sites including this does not exist. Total scam - needs to be investigated and brought down
