This is the second time I'm using this company and the last time. The first time was couple years ago my mother was going home for 3 mths and she shipped a barrel with food 2 weeks before she left. She never received her barrel until a month & a half within her trip she had to end up going to the grocery to buy food which she was avoiding. The 2nd time was problems again. We had items stolen from our barrels, so many that I would not have believed it if I was not in Trinidad when they arrived, they stole everything from underwear to food, my mother was in tears. when I called to complain I was just given the run around. I wish there was a way I could have rated this so-called attempt of a company much lower than one star.
