I order the trail and my bank account was charged even before I got the product. So I decided to return it to vet my money back so I returned by certified mail. They gave me a lot of excuses when I called back to check on why the money wasn't put back into my account. the last couple time they said it was because their system wasn't working. The last couple times I called after that I only got a voicemail.
