While searching on line, on 9/5/2014 ,I come a cross slimming products. It was a free trial and charging only for the shipping £4.95 for each product. I requested a bottle of Ketones advanced capsules and a bottle of Diet green coffee capsules, and paid by visa card the shipping charge.
On 7/6/2014,when I have received my bank statement that I had been charged £174.94 from my bank account without my permission.
On 9/6/2014 at 17.15 I called the customer service 08001577409 and talked to Helen, who advised me talk to my bank to help me to get refund. She also told me that I should have had responded within 14 days( she did not mentioned to respond to what as it was a free trail ). My understanding was I will request more if I was happy with the products.
I think this is steeling and I should get my money back.
I wish my complain to be added to others and this company should be stopped steeling and abusing people .
