I understand this company is American,and trades in uk.I found the products advertised as a free trial ,paying only for postage costs.The two products arrived (i didnt use either of them).
on the 6 May two more arrived without a delivery note giving billing details.I phoned my credit card company who paid out £379.90,without alerting me.They admitted they knew about this scam,but said I had agreed to their terms and conditions.The whole point is we did not!
The company uses the words free!Not even free trial.Free!And that aught to mean just that.Its about time someone who doesn't have a vested interest put them where they belong.
