Jonathan is a seller on ebay known as paradigm2929. He sells Harbor Freight (HF) coupons to un-suspecting buyers. His ad makes buyers believe they are purchasing a product, not some freely available coupon. The coupons are freely available to everyone either my mail or at the HF stores. He is illegally selling these coupons because each HF coupon includes the word "non-transferable". Legally, because of that one word, the coupons cannot be sold. He needs to be stopped. I have notified HF and the Michigan Attorney General.
