I ordered sample (177807) which was delivered on May 21, 2014 with the advice to wait until using the product for 30 days before completing the survey in the Customer Opinion Program. However after the first use I experienced itching on my face and neck, so I discontinued its use. On June 4,2014 I was charged the amount of $84.87 in my Credit Card. I have been misled to wait 30 days before CANCELLING my subscription of this product. I now would like to request a refund of the amount of $84.87 which was charged to my Credit Card Account. To date I have not received the item and when I receive the same I will return it.
