I purchased a sample of the cream based on a trial period of 14 days. Received the package almost ten days after the order was placed. Your representative said in the fine print it says i have 14 days to try it or i have to call in and cancel the order. You know shipping takes a few days so in reality the client doesn't have 14 days to try the product before you automatically charge the bank account for the complete amount. This is a total scam and i want a complete reimbursement. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative told me they were all busy. I said i would wait and she still said she would not transfer me to a supervisor because i should have read the fine print. I would like to get a call from a supervisor at 305-206-6914 and i would like to get a complete credit until i'm able to use the product for 14 days and decide if i want to keep it or not.
