I ordered a trail sample of Belle Complex cream and a trial sample of Hydrodiance and was put on an auto-billing cycle...didn't realized I signed up for this -- totally mileading - I would never sign up for anything like this because I do not use any product within 30 days no matter what the claim would be...the samples did not arrive in the 15 day trial period (which I was also not aware of) and according to the company I was suppossed to phone them to extend the trial period...when the products did arrive (far apart in time) they included no paperwork what-so-ever - if the product did not have printing I would not have know where they came from. Very mis-leading and in my opinion a total scam -- I did get the company to reverse 4 out the the 6 charges (only because I did not receive the product - although it was enroute to me) - they would not credit me for two of the items totally around $200. I'm totaly embarrassed and I will be so much more careful before I order anything over the internet -- if someone goes to the ad you will see none of the information I am explaining is on the order form -- it is only once you type your credit card in and click accept the small print states this is a trial and you will be on a 30 day auto billing receiving these each month for approx. $100/each x two. My credit card company said she receives 4 calls a day on this company and there is nothing that can be done....heaven help us.
