Purchased a pair of shoes for $109.80 via PayPal on 04/21/2014. Received a confirmation via e-mail. After six weeks still had not received the merchandise. Contacted them via their website "Contact Us" (no phone no. are given) and received no reply. Recontacted them again on Jun-12, 2014 via their website, and an e-mail to the supposed to be owner Cathy Neves ([email protected]) which was listed on the welcome e-mail after signing up for an account, and the e-mail account associated with the PayPal recipient ([email protected]), giving them 24 hours to reply, which did not happen.
Then contacted PayPal, and received a full refund (kudos!) after learning the YongStat is investigated by their security department.
