I was browsing for a used phone online on 13/6/2014.
I saw an ad on Locanto, that was posted by :
smartmobilesolutionsltd.com having phones for sale.

I went to their website and saw an iphone on sale at $400.
I was then chatting on their "Live Support" for details of the product.

Upon agreement to buy, I was instructed to key in my details.
The "live support" person said that upon sending the funds by POSB fund transfer at the atm, I needed to snap a photo and Whatapp the image over to confirm transfer of money.

They would then give me a delivery tracking number, and the phone would be delivered to me at 9:00pm that night. The delivery person was supposed to phone me upon arrival.

I waited, but they did not call. I then sent a whatsapp message, but did not receive a reply... sent SMS's and more whatsapp....till 11:30pm, no reply at all!!

When I phoned, all I get is a message " the Singtel mobile user is not available...".

I have filed a police report of this Scam Company this afternoon, 14/6/2014.
