I ordered the trial creams and my bank account was charged on the 11th of May, 2014. On the 28th of May, 2014, two new charges showed up on my bank account for $201.00 which I knew was not authorized by me or anyone in my household. The bank was able to trace it back to Belessee and Nouvebelle. We had tried to locate a phone # or address to communicate with these companies, nowhere to be found even in their Web Home page. I have sent email request through their Website to cancel me out, to not send me any future shipments and also to refund my $201.00 back directly to myself or to my bank. Up to this day, there has been no communication from these Belessee and Nouvebelle.
