I had called Magic Jack and was supposed to have a 30 free trial and not be charged. I gave them my account number in case it worked for me. They charged my account immediately and sent no equipment whatsoever, when I asked for a refund they asked me to send back the equipment, however I can not send back what I don't have. Meanwhile they have my money.
