I ordered $82.65 worth of garden plants online from Gardeners Collection on 5/13/2014. I received an e-mail notification on 5/16/2014 that my order had shipped. I also noted that my credit card was charged at this time. The shipping notification indicated at 10 to 14 day delivery time. By 6/6/2014 I had still not received anything. I e-mailed and got no response. I tried calling and got a fast busy. Today is 6/15/2014 and have still not received anything from this company. I sat on hold for 3 hours waiting for their customer service to pick up. Finally hung up and sent a second e-mail. After searching online a bit and finding this site, I tried number referenced here and after hearing the same recorded message advertising other products as I heard on the original number I called the line dropped and I have officially given up. Don't do business with this company....
