When on the Topshop website a few weeks ago a survey popped up, seemingly linked to the Topshop website, which offered a trial of AgeRenew Skin Care serum for completing the brief survey. For this sample they would only charge postage (£1.91). Unfortunately, the company neglects to tell you that you are automatically signed up to a monthly supply at £84.71 a go. This was automatically withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. Nowhere in the initial survey, sample application, or small print anywhere otherwise, does it tell you you are automatically signed up to a monthly supply after 14 days. Do not fall for it!! It is a costly scam! And have been trying to contact AgeRenew to no avail.
