Signed up with Elite on the understanding the $1150 was all inclusive. Have just recently found that they have charged me an additional $30 per month for training which i didn't agree to. This was only highlighted to me as my credit card had expired. They claim that I have agreed to this additional charge. I have asked them for proof of this agreement which they have refused to provide. The only terms and conditions I agreed to do and which I was provided a copy of at the time, did not specify the additional charge of $29.95. Have had a number of training sessions over last 24 months and website still is incomplete and definitely not generating income as Elite indicated it would. In hindsight it seems they dragged these sessions out in an attempt to continue the monthly deductions they were taking off my credit card. They even charged me for months I did not make contact with them. It seems this company's sole purpose is just to extract as much money out of individuals and will use underhanded tactics to do so. I have requested a full refund as I don't see any point in wasting any more time on this company and website and of course they are refusing. I have since found numerous complaints against this company, details of which are almost identical to my situation. I put that to elite today and they acknowledged having thousands of complaints against them. Surely if a company knows this they would change procedures to ensure transparency and complaints are minimal ? A total scam. A company like this should be ashamed of themselves ripping off hard working individuals wanting to improve their financial independence.
