I was transfered to this compnay by Comcast for problems with my computer. After discussion as to what needed to be done to fix it the quoted me a price for my computer. I had a 2 computer so they gave me 3 yrs for both computers for the $500.00 I sent a check to them. Made out to them. They stated they were Microsoft.
