I booked my theory test with book-your-theory-test.co.uk. It was the first search that came up on google, so I gave all my details thinking nothing of it. Of course I never recieved a confirmation email or a date for my test. After phoning and emailing them many many times, I never heard anything. When you phone up you get put on hold for about a minute before they cut you off. And the complaints line just tells you to leave a message and when you go to do so, it also cuts you off.
I am shocked at how many other complaints I have seen when I looked into it online, realising it was a scam. I have phoned my bank who are looking into the issue and hopefully I will get my money back. I will be spreading the word to make sure no one I know books with this company and wastes their money and time like I did.
