Spark energy was added to my PG&E bill since Aug.2011.They say my husband gave them authorization to become our gas provider, when my husband has NEVER dealt the bills in 13 years of marriage.From 2011 to 2013, Ive fought for them to cancel whatever services they said we had, but let me remind you that, we were paying PG&E as our provider at the same time..WTH??? Finally April2013, they claimed they stopped my service, but we continue to have a $459.00 bill, lingering to our current PG&E bill.Spark Energy claims they sent the 459.00 bill, to collections, but why is it still on my PG&E bill...Ive offered to pay payments, for something weve been fighting for 3and a half years...They refused any payments.So therefore they think were gonna pay collections and my PG&E bill???? NO,NO,NO....Whats wrong with this picture....Have to get to the bottom of this, going to have to call proper authorities....
