Called to order the free-trial. I almost immediately called the 1-866-710-5109 back because the logistics of the claim didn't work. I was told I couldn't canx b/c I didn't have an order number yet. I then asked the rep "how could I possibly get 14 days of free use out of the product if it will never, ever, reach my house within said trial period. Long story short, ordered on the June 5th, my acct charged $97.93 on the June 19th one canx debit card & still no FREE-TRIAL! This by far was the most expensive free-trial ever invested in. Scam in its finest form! Definitely reporting to BBB!
