Ordered products that was advertised by Dr. Oz for "fake facelift". One of the products was Dermology face cream and the other was an anti-Aging cream which was never received. Received a call from a representative verifying the online order. Receive Dermology cream five days later but not the anti aging cream. called phone number given, explained to the representative my disappointment and finding of withdraws on my bank statement for products that was not received and in the amount not authorized. He stated that they could not refund both payments but that the larger amount would be refunded should I return the anti-aging cream. I expressed that it could not be return because it was never received. Requested that all orders be cancelled.
Checking bank statement again and see that a larger amount have been withdraw and not product received. Called center and it was closed.
