These nasty folks should make a giant sign for their front yard:

S.C.A.M.M.E.R.S !!!

They quoted me one price and charged another. After the job was done over 5 WEEKS over schedule with inferior workmanship, they had the nerve to charge me for extra labor because they ordered the wrong part! Never..... I repeat NEVER do business with these unconscious predators.
My business sign that represents my livelihood and lifes work now flickers like a rundown roach motel in a cheap horror flick. I invested a years advertising budget to upgrade my sign after being talked into it my an unsavory salesman (who by the way harassed me for three months my email, phone, and a cheap Christmas card). In hindsight it was the beginning of the end.
Repeated attempts to rectify the situation have resulted in nothing but an endless run around, passed from supervisor to supervisor.

On a side note they did offer to give me a 10% discount on my next sign if this one falls down.
