I bought a jacket from a website called Lisa Clothing and fortunately paid by Paypal so at least this scumbag doesn't have my credit card details. The jacket has never arrived and the payment went to Dong Xianping with an e mail address of [email protected]. On further investigation I came across your site with this charming person the subject of complaints already. I lost £26.08 as I am in the UK. I don't know the value in US dollars. I am raising this complaint just to draw attention to the name Dong Xianping who is a fraud.
