They pretended they were a company I had a relationship with and then sold me an SEO package for the website I had just launched. Had me pay through Paypal and after 30 days of them not doing anything I asked for a refund of my initial payment of $1827.50 and to stop billing me for any future payments. They refused to return my money. I found out they have 43 complaints with the BBB in the last 12 months and reported them. I also reported them to the Attorney General and but to no avail. Paypal cannot return my money as it is an intangible item so I am out my money.
