I ordered Revitol from this company online but the product was a very long time before it was delivered by mail. Meanwhile, I phoned to cancel the order but it had already been shipped I was told, and to make matters even worse, a second shipment had already been sent out. I demanded that my account with them be cancelled immediately. I did receive the first order within a couple of days of my phone call, but feel the product is a sham and does not work. I have a charge on my Visa for the original shipment at $56.23 CDN, plus another charge of $12.36 CDN from EAI*ENZOBEAUTY 877-446-2178 CA, plus a third charge from SBP*BEAUTY BENEFIT 877-746-3155 CA, in the amount of $11.22 CDN.
On my June Visa statement, I have a charge of $85.15 CDN from HBM*BEAUTYHEALTH 877-446-2178 CA, plus a charge in the amount of $44.80 CDN from HOT BUY DISCOUNT 877-427-8988.
I have called each phone number and the person tells me that a product has already been shipped and they can not reverse the charges but that any future orders are cancelled as of the date that I call.
All of these companies are rip-offs and they keep charging my visa account for items I did not order, did not receive and can not seem to get refunded for.
What can be done about this?
