Is unfortunate as these big company but a big liar too. Goods not shipped, but the money was taken and did not refund !

Before I make the payment they did not tell me that the goods is "dangerous goods" category. But after they recieve my payment, they told me the goods can not ship by Express Courier Service.

I have been bought from another supplier and the goods can ship without any trouble to me.

I have been contact them at telephon number +86-755-89231323 but there is no answer. And also send them email to [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] and [email protected] but there is no reply too.

Be carefull to this company and the person called Ms ECHO !

I also attach email from them for proof.

We received your payment, but express tell us that the capacitor is very dangerous goods, we can't export it now.
Really sorry for that, we didn't know it before, the Customs is very strict about the goods these months.
Do you have any other inquiries recently? we suggest change other goods for you.
