I got the company's Blackberry Messenger pin (BBM) from one of the facebook page "India BBM Pins" the representative named "Taylor Anderson" mentioning "Buy 1 and get 1 mobile phone free" under promo offers. I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 under this offer and paid him money through bank deposit of $550. We received a invoice copy through email and couple of emails from the shipping company named "Speed Express Courier" on the status of the parcel which is to be received. Finally we received an email from the courier company mentioning the parcel reached the destination and stuck due to Customs. Then I was asked to pay another $300 to release it from Customs. I paid it immediately and asked for the status. The representative told me that the package would be delivered in an hour or two. I constantly messaged him asked him for status after 3 to 4 hours received a reply from him stating the delivery agents are in police station since they were attacked by robbers and compliant has been lodged. The UK representative (Taylor Anderson) mentioned he himself spoke to the inspector in-charge and updated me that the cops are in search of robbers. I repeatedly asked him whether am i getting my phone and asked him to share the local agent's contact details and police station where the complaint is lodged. He never shared and not even responding to the messages now. He rather probably switched off his cell phone.
