My daughter ordered a pair of shoes from JustFab. Little did she know she had to keep 'skipping' EVERY month in order to be not automatically charged $39.95. Now, 10 months later, I look into it and find its Just Fab automatically debiting my credit card. I called them to stop the skipping only to be told they won't, but will cancel my account....which would mean I would lose the $400 credit. Also, my credit was no good to buy a gift card and of course, they will not send me a cheque or credit my credit card. What a scam to keep people going to their website to buy or skip. Do they think people have nothing better to do? We will be spending that credit quick and then CANCELLING this account. Definitely not a company that can be trusted.
